The Humor Mural

On Friday September 2, starting at 10 am, a group of Peruvian caricaturists and cartoonists, along with guest artists from Chile, Brazil and Mexico, will take part in a live mural in the Main Square of Lima, as part of the activities of the IV International Exhibition of Graphic Humor-Lima 2011. This is a six feet long wall that will be painted by cartoonists Arturo Kemchs (Mexico), Alberto Montt (Chile), Gilmar Fraga (Brazil) and a select group of Peruvian artists as Karry, Mario Molina, Pepe San Martín, Víctor Sanjinéz, Javier Prado, among others, that will work on the recycling theme. Upon completion, the mural will be delivered to the Municipality of Lima led by the Mayor Villarán, to be displayed.
